I then took Welly to his 1st show of the year. He did a clear round and then competed in a 2ft 3 course, he went clear in the 1st round but got his feet in a muddle coming into a jump in canter bless him and had one knockdown in the jump off! In between the jumping we also did our 1st Walk and Trot Test and he did really well obtaining a respectable score but was not placed due to the number of entries.

We had to hang around for hours on end so we were really pleased with his attitude. However Mum was rather pleased that we had one down in the jump off as it was a very long day and we were all truly ready to go home!

As you can see he is very photogenic! I will also show you one that we took at home during a jumping lesson as we think it’s fabulous!!
